What is the Kenma-Daiou?

This is a new type of polishing pad developed by Vanguard Enterprise. Unlike conventional polishing pads, it does not require any abrasives or pastes, and can polish materials to a shine using only water.
Since it requires much less polishing than conventional methods, it is expected to be used in various industries such as building maintenance, house cleaning, transportation equipment, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
Even those who are not accustomed to polishing can easily perform the installation. This specification is expected to solve the problem of lack of skilled workers and training costs at the installation site, and to reduce costs by shortening the installation time.

It drastically reduces the polishing time for various materials. We have a track record of making materials shiny in 1/10 the time of commercially available polishing pastes.

②No abrasives or pastes required

Polishing can be done with water only. No stains remain on the material after polishing, and there is no odor characteristic of abrasives.

③Rust and dirt are removed while the substrate is not damaged.

In general, the removal of rust and stains often causes damage to the substrate, but Polishing Daioh is designed to prevent damage to the material, making it possible to remove rust and stains and at the same time increase the luster of the substrate.

④Wide range of target materials

A wide range of materials can be polished, including stainless steel, ferrous materials, nonferrous metals such as aluminum and brass, as well as mirrors and ceramics.

How to use

➀Select grain size (color).

Polishing Daioh is colored according to the strength of the polishing power (grain size).
Select the grain size according to the material to be polished. Please refer to the table below.
*Please always try the grain size from the one with the higher number.
　Using an inappropriate grain size may damage the target material.
*If you do not want to damage the material, be sure to try it in a place where it will not be noticeable before use.

➁Moisten Kenma-Daiou with water.

Tap water is fine to use.

➂Polish the object. The application method is the same as for sandpaper.

Scrub with light force.
